Default Home game - Hand review please

On saturday, we had a small STT at a friends home.
11 Players
20 bucks buy-in
3000 start stack
blinds 10/20, raising all 20 minutes
Early during the second blind level, the following hand occured:

Please leave any comments you might have..

EDIT: Some more info on the other guy:
- he was a pretty tight player, only raising pre flop with high pairs
- Post flop he was pretty aggressive

I think there is very little value in betting the turn, only a T or a 9 call you (or the unlikely higher pair).

On the river , same. Fold.

zomg quads! BBV please.

This seems like a very passive line by you.
What does he do with a low PP?
What does he think your turn call means?
What do you raise with?
Does he think about any of these things?

Yeah, I know. But somehow I suspected he had the nine. Therefor I was careful.

With low PP he would basically play them the way he did play this one. Limp pre-flop, call until he thinks he's beat.

You probably meant "raise". No idea, to be honest. I would guess, he would think I'm trying to steal since everybody checked on the flop.

Until then, I showed down 2 or 3 bluffs and about 5 decent, winning hands. So, 3 out of 8 hands, where I raised post-flop (or on turn and/or river) where bluffs, the rest was the winning hand.

A bit.. But although he thinks about this kind of stuff, he still makes silly calls and raises. Like knowing he is beat (and saying so out loud), but still call an all-in.

Sounds good to me. For some reason, I thought (or wanted to believe) he had a small PP, since he played it the way he would play a small PP.

Results orientation.
With your read he either has a small PP or a 9 or a T.
of these possible hands he holds a 9 waaaaaay less than any of the others.
Every other time you call this river bet you will make money.
