Flush draw with gut draws on the flop : Standard right?
($0.15/$0.25)
Villian have not been raising much and now comes in for at pot raise from the blinds. It have to be aces. Lets say his got something like Ac Ad 10d Qh vs my 6s 8h Ah Ks. Then im about a 40% dog. Seat 1: DaSmog ($24 in chips) Seat 2: ttrvtvr sits out Seat 3: Fishster1 ($64.12 in chips) Seat 5: Torassman ($49.50 in chips) Seat 6: Hero ($60.64 in chips) DaSmog: posts small blind $0.15 Fishster1: posts big blind $0.25 ----- HOLE CARDS ----- dealt to Hero [6s 8h Ah Ks] Torassman: raises to $0.50 Hero: calls $0.50 DaSmog: raises to $2.25 Fishster1: folds Torassman: folds Hero: calls $1.75 ----- FLOP ----- [4d Th 7h] DaSmog: bets $5.25 Hero: raises to $15 DaSmog: calls $9.75 ----- TURN ----- [4d Th 7h][Ts] DaSmog: bets $6.75 and is all-in Hero: calls $6.75 I must have some folding equity on the flop and im not in a bad shape if he calls. Pretty standard right? |

Re: Flush draw with gut draws on the flop : I want to raise it. Do you
At this level fold equity versus aces does not really exist. Standard.

don't like pre flop, but luckily you flopped as good a flop you're gonna get with this hand.. flop and turn, standard.. just pray he's not a clever fella raising 789T to deceive and break players..

super standard in this scenario - if you are going to try snap aces off with a marginal hand containing an ace, this flop is about as good as you are going to get
