Full ring, playing 8-12 tables, about 4-5 ptBB/100 without excessively good game selection. Not sure about just playing one or two tables.

Online 10ptbb/100 hands is considered about as good as it gets. This is $40/100 hands.

Live winrates can be somewhat higher. Top players can probably make as high as $20-$30/hour(30 or 40 hands) in the deeper stack nl games (200, 300, unlimited max buy).

So what do you think the most some could make per hour 4 tabling 1/2 NL?
what exactly does '10ptbb/100' mean?

It means 10 pokertracker big blinds per 100 hands played. Pokertracker is a program that records the hands you play. It measures big blinds at 2x the big blind (ex. in a 1/2 game the big blind is $2).

So 10PTBB/100 means you make 10x2=$20 per 100 hands played. If you're 4 tableing and playing 100 hands per hour at each table you're making $80 per hour.

And probably riding out a nice heater

Nope. A PTBB is 2x the big blind amount so 10PTBB/100 is 10*4=$40 per 100. If you are 4-tabling with 75 hands per table per hour (conservative) this is $160 per hour. I don't think anyone maintains this type of winrate indefinitely though, although it is possible to run this well in stretches.

Sorry, yeah, what Lucky said. My first paragraph was correct and then my post went to hell.
