Absolute Poker Bug Costs me Two SNG Buyins

This has happened on/off over the last few weeks. In previous instances my buy-ins have been returned in a day or two.

Money back in account now. Thankfully I keep records in my own excel spreadsheet so I knew that my account had been upped to the correct dollar amount.

Now I just hope this isn't a frequent problem. Anyway, I played a cash table and won a bit there; it's good to practice on them once in a while anyway.

That's good to hear. They replied to my email a few minutes ago, I replied back forwarding the tournament ID where I was unable to play one hand.

Still not credited back, such BS. The guy emailed me 11 hours ago asking for more information, I replied within 10 minutes with the tourny ID. Should I write another email to complain or do they generally reply within one day?

Anyone else not paid back yet also?

It's funny how there's a number to call to complete deposits with CC, they can't wait to answer the phone then, but when they screw up you have to wait over two days to even get replied to.

In hindsight, it didn't take too long. I was just worried that I may have slipped through the cracks and left to wait for weeks, as other sites have done in the past.

Anyway, back to normal.
