Week 1 NCAA plays and leans

I bet a total of 45 dollars this week on football.

It was my first time wagering on the internet.

I did win on one parlor but it was just a 5 teamer for 5 dollars.

Atleast I more than doubled my starting money for next week.

Well, I dropped to 8-5 after the Texas and USC games, but I still finished +8.375 units as I was 5-0 on my 2+ unit plays.

Not done for the week yet as I'm also on:
Florida State -3.5 at Clemson (Risk 2.2u to win 2u)
Florida State/Clemson under 45 (Risk 1.65u to win 1.5u)

Edit: Just realized as I'm posting the play that I could have transferred to Matchbook now and got half a point better on both. Hopefully that doesn't come back to bite me.

I was thinking of a parlay for the monday games just for some action.

5 dollars on Clemson +3.5,Texas Tech -9,under in the 1st half on both games,if memory serves me right it is 29.5 for TT @ SMU game and 21.5 on FSU @ Clemson game.

Getting 3.5 at home I think I like Clemson.

Their dynamic duo of tailbacks is back. Should be a low-scoring game. Tough place for a road team to come in and win.

Do you think FSU has improved that much from last year?

(You can't put much into Clemson's tailspin at the end of last year IMO. Their expectations were not met, and they basically didn't even want to be at the Music City Bowl. I expect the morale to be quite different for a home opener in Death Valley.)

In my mind I'm thinking FSU/Clemson are about equal at a neutral...why am I wrong for thinking that? (Not my area of expertise admittedly.)

I think Clemson's biggest strength last year, far and away, was their offensive line. Spiller and Davis were nice backs, but Chancellor and Merriweather averaged almost the same YPC as those two, and the reason is that the blocking up front was opening huge holes. Now they're replacing 4 starters on the O-line and trying to break in a new QB as well. I don't think Clemson scores more than 13 tomorrow.

Yeah, very happy with the Tebow, Morelli, Brodell and Brennan bets right now. Hope it continues.

And you are betting too many games, seriously. I'm trying to keep it down to 6-8 a week at most, only did 10 this week because some of the lines seemed completely off like GT and the Buffalo O/U to me, and FSU is pure BSP pick for me.
