What Graphics Card to get?

I need to buy a new card b/c I just bought a 30 inch monitor. Which ones do you guys recommend?

i'm looking at this one;

but it almost seems too good to be true. 512, Dual link enabled, for $75. I'm planning on getting 2 of them, but would really appreciate it if someone with more hardware experience would comment on it.
