Default Tough spot on heavy drawy board - 1/2 NL Holdem

have seen the villian for the first time, not much history besides he bluffed me once on this table, he seems like player who can make some moves with no much, and he is very loosy, but seems decent player, we both are 150BB+.

6 handed:
SB: $220.45
BB: $575.80
UTG: $124
MP: $110.65
Hero (CO): $300.95
BTN: $253.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt 10 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 10 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
2 folds, Hero raises to $9.00, BB calls $9.00, 2 folds.

Flop: ($19) 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB bets $9.5, Hero raises to $32, BB calls

Turn ($83) : 4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
BB bets 41.5$, Hero calls

River ($166$) : A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
BB bets 88$, Hero ??

thoughts about all the streets plays are welcome.

Fold river. Rest is fine I guess but I may just call flop.
