go to applications on your mac and find virtual PC, its windows software.

You can also do it when you first turn on the computer. Just hold the OPTION key while it's booting up. That will bring you to a screen that lets you choose OS or Windows.

if u have a mac, and u installed bootcamp, u just press down the ALT/OPTION key when u boot up your computer.
