Re: How i improve this habit?
[ QUOTE ]
Maybe P. Gordon can help you with grammar and spelling as well. [/ QUOTE ] too funny, I was going to ask if his bad habit was posting threads that are impossible to follow because of such poor grammar and spelling. |

Re: How i improve this habit?
Poker is not about having great hands and having crappy hands, it's about making good decisions at all times. Pocket aces are no different from 72o, they both need to be played just as carefully. Granted, pocket aces will win more often, but the next time you get them won't be the last time, so just view them as the tools for that particular hand.
It really just takes experience and comfort. |

Re: How i improve this habit?
You could take the other way out. Rather than trying to reduce tells (chris ferguson, phil helmuth), try to overload your opponents w/ tells(marcel luske, daniel negraneau, humberto brenes, etc..) whistle, sing, clap, make comparisons between rod stewart and jesus christ. The last thing they will notice is your smile.
You must do this every hand though even when you have the nuts. It should be easy though because the whole is an act that you are doing consciously at all times. just dont break character all game long. And also, i would play lower limits or buy in for no money. I see this going more where fast for you. Cheers! |
