Default NL10 AKo OOP is this +EV or spew?

I have played about 3 orbits at this table ad have no solid reads. I have been playing very tight and this is the first pot I played with the villain.

Standard but I don't like it. If we shove every flop anyway, then why don't we just shove preflop?

I don't like this play at all, if you had position on him and he checked it to you or lead out small enough for you to push with good fold equity then this is a good move but i think this is a predictable move with AK and he has reason to call you with second pair. That move is fishy...

well I wanted to make every1 fold preflop or be atleast heads up. I think I made a mistake raising as much as I did though (and not reloading to the full 100b) On the flop I only had 1 PSB behind. I don't think I can afford to bet any less, and being OOP, if I check I would probably be surrending to pot.
Because the villain called I was putting him on a medium pocket pair, therefor figuring I had up to 10 outs.

Is this a mistake?

What do you think I should have done differently?

100% standard. 22-99 folds this because AJ could be in your range, as well as QQ/KK/AA. The only hands that 22-99 are beating are AQ and AK, which would have 10 outs, which makes you just under a 2-1 dog, which means that going all-in was STILL correct. If he has TT/JJ, fine, but more often than not you either get a fold or are all-in with proper odds. You're fine larry31.

Man, this is such a tough spot. The pot is gigantic, it is likely that you are up against a pocket pair of some kind, and at 10NL anything less than a massive bet here doesn't really make sense as you are committed with anything big enough to be seen as strength.

If we figure villain for a pocket pair here (22+) then we are about a 65:35 dog. If we open up villains range to include AT+ then we become a 3:2 dog.

The real problem that we have here is that in 10NL we could very easily be up against something as silly as JTs.

I think that this is either a shove or a fold. I don't mind the shove at all as I think you may have some fold equity here and, unless we are up against something really tough (like 55) we have outs.

Tough spot man...
