Villain seems like a decent player. I have not seen him before and my pokertracker is currently useless right now. He's stacked me twice already.

bet $70 on the turn, flop is fine. River is obvious call.

are we betting turn because we want to know where we're at? and to also protect from the 4th flush?

Only probably with betting the turn is that the pot grows, by checking turn and calling turn river the pot remains resonable. What happens if he check raises you big on the turn? Can you call?

lol, just re-read post, my bad. ok, raises big after you bet, same question. if you bet, i might agree with you about the bet/fold.
