Do you raise almost the same hands in every position out side of the blinds? I would fix that first. You need to raise more in the BB too.

Turn AF is also too high. Post some hands were you're agressive on the turn but aren't sure about it.

There's too big of a gap between your VPiP and PFR. More pfr or less VPiP.

I think you might be over defending the blinds for this limit.

How many tables do you play? If it's more then 4 I'd cut back.

You might also be playing at a bad site. I hope you're getting good rb ect.

I think I do tend to have this problem, I think the last 10k hands or so would show more of a difference.

I play between 2 and 4. Have tried to cut back to just 2, but its too boring.

I play at AP and Cryptos so I get bonii and rb so I'm up after these. Thanks for the advice.

FWIW, I bet if I go back and find every thread like this in the past year at least 2/3 of them will be from people that play on AP. If you're going to play on AP or WSEX ect., You have to accept that you're not going to make very much if anything from the tables esp. at small stakes where the rake is so high.

Stats dont really say much usually. But from your stats I am 99% sure that you suck at preflop poker.

- You are not at all positional aware.
- Dont open limp!
- You are loose UTG
- You are tight OTB
- You defend your SB fairly loosely. By now means too loose, but just another indication of you having issues understanding the power of position.
- Oh, AND DONT OPEN LIMP!
