Default Re: French Lick, Indiana -- anyone play/stay there?

They're running a monthly 200+20 this Sunday. Normally, even on weekends, you're not going to find much higher than 1/3NL or 4/8, but tournament traffic might change that. I agree with the other post--good room, great floor, usually fun games; just slow sometimes.

Thanks for the info. Anyone ever play in one of these 200 +20s? I couldn't find info on when it starts or the blind levels, but I know I can check it out when I get there tomorrow.

They've only been running them for a couple of months, but I played in the first one. It's pretty small: we had 46 entries; they pay 3 places <50, 9 places 50+.

2000 starting chips; blind structure:

25/50
50/100
100/200
100/200/25
200/400/50
300/600/75
400/800/100
500/1000/200 (or 600/1200/200 maybe, can't recall)
...

30 minute levels (in their other tournaments, same structure, 20 minute levels!).

I believe it starts at 3pm, but don't count on that.

Edit to add: Both the tourneys and the weekend cash games are about as donkish as you're imagining.
