[/ QUOTE ] Sometimes you'll get a better variety of games & limits during tourney time but for the most part it's all holdem, all the time. The Horseshoe spreads 1-5 stud regularly. |

I would think there would be a chance of some more non-holdem type games at the Grand during tourney time...especially on the weekends perhaps.
I woudln't necessarily count on it but obviously it's not the standard, "meh, Tunica doesn't spread those games" when a tourney is in the area. January seems to have some significant PLO and maybe PLO/8 action at Gold Strike for example. Sept WSOP-C in Tunica isn't nearly as big as Jan of course. But it wouldn't surprise me if SOMETHING additional in the non-holdem realm were to have a better chance. |
