so funny how times change. blarg was once thought of as one of the best and most knowledgeable/intelligent posters.

[/ QUOTE ]
Pretty sure he still is.

[/ QUOTE ]

Based on discussions i've had with a number of 2p2ers lately I don't think he is.

[/ QUOTE ]

I think that's pretty rude. Not only is he intelligent and on point, he gives excellent advice.

[/ QUOTE ]

Plus he's dreeeeeeeeeamy.

Anyway this doesn't mean much. Blarg's board cred is probably near its all-time low, but that's just the way the popular breeze is blowing.

yeah man.. i knew i wasn't crazy.

Daryn,

Many high-profile, high-volume posters might suggest that you should look in non-'Cardo directions for your sanity confirmations!

This was going to be a long post about the difference between OOT when I started posting and OOT now, but I can't get my head around what I'm really trying to say. So instead I'm going to try and start a discussion about the four 2+2 communities and their relative identities in the hope that we can collectively figure out what OOT is anyway.

My take on the 2+2 communities:

I bet you could do this for the type of alcohol they prefer.

I don't read those forums, but here are my guesses:

BBV4life = whatever the cheapest type of beer is in the liquor store. Preferably available in 30 packs.

The Lounge = wine or if they are going to get real crazy a wine cooler or similar.

ElD's forum. Probably an expensive bottle of wine. Only 30% of forum users would know what is actually good, the others would pretend or just go by price.

OOT = probably doesn't drink much. More likely to sniff some coke or do crystal meth.

I agree with this. Lately he's sounding like he's about to go off the deep end.
