25NL - KK min-raised on flop line check.
Villain is 42.5/6/2.5 over 70 hands. I hadn't seen them min-raise like this before, so my plan was to just call on the flop and check-raise all-in if a spade didn't fall. Good? Or should I have just bet out on the turn?

Re: 25NL - KK min-raised on flop line check.
I like to use this line occasionally, although if you think he is mini raising with a draw, and you do decide to call isnt it better to lead turn.
I think raising flop would be best. I would have no problems getting it AI here as played. |

Re: 25NL - KK min-raised on flop line check.
the only hands you beat I see villain taking this line with is JJ and QQ. Other wise I really feel like he flopped a set, or just sucked out on you with a set on the river.
I really like a call for pot control on the turn. Again, I would check the river and call a small bet. If he leads out huge on the river, I'll probably fold. |

I think a minraise indicates a made hand rather than a draw more often than not
