I don't really see what the hero is beating except JJ and possibly draws. And even if the villain had a draw imo it's more likely he'd CRAI. Just screams for KK or AA.

really ugly spot, I put him on AsKs, JJ, TT here and shvoe. However, if you have a feeling that villain is the type of player who would cold call a 3bet with KK-AA (yuck!)here then I probably fold.

He is a terrible player, he could have AT, J9s, 67s. While those hands are exactly likely given his coldcall preflop, they certainly can't be ruled out, bad players play bad and do stupid [censored], we have to at least assign a % of his range to those times he has goofy hands and is just playing stupid.
