Default 2 questons: protien & testosterone levels & natural muscle levels

1) I was doing some reading last night via google searches and multiple sites or unknown credibility claimed that having a prolonged high protien diet can lead to reduced testosterone levels. Is this something that any of you worry about?

2) I was wondering if a person with very low body fat & body weight were to start eating more calories of healthy high protein foods but do no weight training would it all be converted to fat? or does the body on its own accord split the weight between muscle and fat. Where weight training then seeks to alter that balance?

thank you

An underweight person would build a meaningful amount of muscle by eating more good quality food. Pretty much everyone else would not. Luckily it doesn't take much weight training to grow muscles at first.

sorry I made your brain stop functioning. my understanding is excess calories are converted to body mass and that people get fat by eating too much and not working out, where body builder types eat a lot, work out and gain muscle. What I was trying to ask was is/where the balance in between them is and how much does what your eating make as opposed to the quantity and exercise that goes with it.

I hope this explanation restarts your brain

Sorry auto-defense. I thought the next sentence was going to explain how muscle turns to fat when you don't do anything.

All is well.
