Default Dell xps 410 vs alienware aurora 7500...

So im moving into a new apartment and want to get a desktop...Id like to be able to multi-table, run Pokertracker, PAHud, maybe datamine, and do some multimedia things like get a TV tuner...I also like to have some flexibility to add dual monitors in the future...the first system i designed on dell costs 3500...its an XPS desktop, here are the specs...the 2nd is an alienware system which i would have to assume is top of the line or close to it...its costs 4800...

DELL XPS 410

DIMMs

LARGE DISPLAYS Dell UltraSharp 2707WFP 27-inch Widescreen Flat Panel LCD Monitor w/Height Adjustable Stand

VIDEO CARD 256MB nVidia GeForce 8600 GTS

TV TUNER AND REMOTE ATI Theater 650 PRO Combo Analog/Digital TV Tuner with Remote Control

Alienware aurora 7500

processor AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 6000+ Processor w/ HyperTransport and Dual Core Technology

Graphics 768MB NVIDIA® GeForce™ 8800 GTX

Memory 4 GB High-Performance 800MHz DDR2 SDRAM

Hard Drive 320GB (2 x 160GB) Serial ATA 1.5Gb/s 10,000 RPM w/ 2 x 16MB Cache

Monitor 30'' Dell 2560 x 1600 UltraSharp Widescreen Flat Panel

the alien ware also includes tv tuner, Does anyone own one of these aliens and can comment on whether their liquid cooling and acoustic dampening options are worth it?

Also they offer many different AMD x2 athlon chips (4600-6400) and numerous hard drive options...any guidance would be great...thanks
