Fat; body dysmorphic

Self-loathing

Addicted to porn

Never do anything to try to meet girls; never meet new ones in my social life

Unable to get over great unrequited love of my 20s, still think we should be together

Very picky, mainly about girl's sense of humour: she has to REALLY make me laugh, bring
out the best in me, make me funny too

Girl has to make all the moves otherwise I'll fear rejection

Strippers easier

She is a strong, soft, thoughtful, sexy woman. And you know what? I don't think that I can sit here and let you talk about her that way without me defending her honor.

alrighty, here are mine:

1. I'm not very socially adapt, people would see me as outgoing but i'm just not the same with girls that i'm attracted to.

2. despite all my attempts and promises to go out more and get out of my comfort zone, i think my opponents at the poker table do enough of that to me for me not to get out more

3. I'm an Asian male at a predominately white baptist college.

4. all my upper lever classes leave me with 0 classes with hot girls, and i play a lot of poker in my free time

5. i've gotten significantly fatter since i graduated high school, back then i was in tip top shape, now i'm a fatty with some muscle

6. i don't groom myself as well as i used to, i haven't had a hair cut nor bought new cloth in at least 1 and 1/2 years

7. i have a short attention span as i forgot the rest of the things on my mental list that i made.

but i would like to get tips on how to may be over come some of these?

ADDITION: also i think i fear rejection to some degree even though i realize that it's better to act and get rejected and adapt and learn than to not act at all, but i just can't act in some spots

You mean, you don't groom yourself at all. I don't know what to tell you here. I get my hair cut every month.

- cleaning lady to keep the house tidy

I suffer from depression which is obviously a bundle of laughs and means the prospect of going out doesn't excite me. Not going out tends to cut down on the number of girls i meet by about 100%.

I also have unrealistically high standards since my last girlfriend yet live in a mostly working class area of the english countryside where the average catch is well below average.
