In the absence of any preflop aggression I usually just jam here and if someone's woken up with a bigger queen, start a new one.

I vote for shove and I do it before anyone gets a chance to see the flop.

No one has shown any strength after limper so we can rule out any hand that will be killing us here. As usual OP gave no read on orginal limper so we do not know if its out of line or not.
If he calls with a monster make a note. If anyone makes a hero call make a note then we you will have reads when we suck out on them.

Thought about this pushing preflop too, but the limpers dont fold enough of their hands to make profitable imho.

Also its a $6.5, so the limpers are usually weak players, and will most likely have some weak hand that looks good to them.

I would check and, barring something crazy like a decent bet and a call behind you, get it all in. I think pushing is pretty bad, this flop is dry enough that a free card is not that terrible.
