actually figuring out the answer to this question would involve a lot of studying of nutritional values and requirements and would be pretty boring. i'll just say i really hope there's room for mangoes to be involved.

if you beat the [censored] out of a cow, does it cry? Salt ftw. i immediately started thinking of the southpark where cartman kills that kid's parents, feeds them to him, then tells the kid I want to taste your tears.

a nutritionally optimal list would probably be vegetarian, or would only include one animal at the most. but i would want to shoot myself in the head so f it.
cow fish rice wheat hops salt garlic seaweed tomatoes potatoes note that wheat and salt are the only ingredients needed for all-natural sourdough bread (does not require yeast). also, with wheat and hops i can make wheat beer. versatility, people. i chose seaweed over spinach because i like the taste better, but a dark green leafy food is a must as they are very good for you. plus, with fish and rice i can make sushi! choosing both rice and potatoes is probably wasteful but i really love potatoes. i should probably drop rice for onions. |
