[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] NL cash i fold it to a raise preflop up to like A8 or A9. [/ QUOTE ] Any difference between soooted and not? [/ QUOTE ] Yeah. A lot. Yugoslav [/ QUOTE ] not mathematically, but def. in HUcash. [/ QUOTE ] I should have been more specific. What's the worst AXs hand you play oop and facing a raise? If you play A9o, do you play down to A8s, for example? |

Re: ace rag heads up
you should play any Axs facing a raise. (I assume we're Not talking about facing a 3bet, then it's different ofc.)

Re: ace rag heads up
umm, i dont play cash, but in a HU S&G... I guess I ... dont play Ax vs. a raise lol, why when you have pretty bad reverse implied odds when you hit, and really make it unbelievably hard to get any $ out of an opponent on an A high flop when they dont have one... do you want to get into this situation, lol, I realize half these comments are jokes, but if anything was serious about it... plz dont play A6o to a raise OOP :-p, yayaya showdown value on your A high... ??

Re: ace rag heads up
showdown values don't matter much heads up. what matters more is how predictable he plays postflop, followed closely behind his raising range pf, and coming in a close third the flow of the game (your image, his image, tilt, etc.)
i'm really surprised there wasn't much mentioned about postflop play in this thread |
