Does anyone else feel that if you thought the turn raise was going to move him off his hand, that you would just push? Or is that a much bigger spew?

yeah raise flop, drop it after that. since he's such a spew tard try to just show with real hands against him, dont try to bluff outplay him, he will end up just giving you his money if you show up with a hand.
