Default 400NL - 3betting vs fish.

I should have this stuff figured out by now, but I'm still unsure of what is correct. I will give a couple examples to illustrate the problems I'm having.

villain is a 70/45/1 and has a fairly high fold to cbet % (70%). He can fold to a 3bet sometimes preflop, and I think he will usually fold to a cbet if he missed the board (unless he has strong overs like AK/AQ, in which case, he can probably peel light). Given my description, is this hand fairly standard? Should I be more inclined to 3bet good hands like KQ/AJ in or out of position against this guy?

Blinds: $2/$4
5 players

Stack sizes:
UTG: $440.00
CO: $499.50
Button: $384.00
SB: $627.75
Hero: $495.20

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
3 folds, <font color="#cc0000">SB raises to $15</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $48</font>, SB calls.

Flop: T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($96, 2 players)
SB checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $70</font>

I think this next hand is more interesting. Villain is 55/12/2.3 (mostly 3-5 handed) and we're playing 3handed at the time. I think he can bluff with pure air, peel light, etc. I also think his pf calling range is pretty much anything he opens with. Should I even be 3betting him in the first place? FWIW I have been running cold against this guy and checking lots of flops, so I thought I might get some respect this time.

ps: I'm looking for a coach. PM me if you can help.

If it was button vs SB, do people 3bet against these guys with KQ? Since he rarely folds to 3bet, it makes for many tricky situations on flop. If he folds 70% to cbet, then it's fine, but is another line more ++EV?

Hand 1 is played good given the description

Hand 2 you definately want to be 3 betting. The fact that he never folds pre is MORE of a reason to 3 bet, because there's so much value to be had and he'll be calling with a lot of dominated hands that you will stack when you both catch a piece.

Whether or not to c-bet the flop is a close decision vs. this guy, it depends a lot on feel/game flow etc., I think both betting or checking behind are acceptable.
