Default NL10 - hit flush on river, facing all-in raise.

No real reads on villain other than he was quite loose preflop.

What should be my thought process here ? Can I make this call or not ?

Considering that this is a limped pot, and the board is paired, this is probably a fold, you only beat a lower flush, and there aren't many combinations of these. Lay it down.

He probably has a house, possibly a higher flush. Lay it down.

at NL10, people will show up with naked Ks and QT enough. Most players will bet 2p hands on the flop on a drawy board like that, and flush draws aren't raising the turn very often. I'd call it.
