Default 25NL - QQ is this push or fold?

Only like 5 hands on villain when this hand happened. Is calling out of the question here?

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 8 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $24.10
Hero (BB): $24.75
UTG: $20.50
UTG+1: $21.90
MP1: $3.75
MP2: $49.75
CO: $32.30
BTN: $16.90

Preflop: Hero is dealt (8 Players)
UTG folds, <font color="red">UTG+1 raises to $0.75</font>, 2 folds, <font color="red">CO raises to $1.50</font>, 2 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $4.00</font>, <font color="red">UTG+1 raises to $10.00</font>, CO folds, Hero ???

Insta-fold without a strong read. I think the real question is what to do p/f. I think it's better to flat call, I know this narrows our range loads, but when we cold 4 bet, I can only see KK+ continuing therefore our 4-bet has no value whereas cold-calling and going from there has slightly better value.

Edit: I think this is optimal when we have no reads, there are certainly situations where I would 4-bet pre though

readless I prob dont 4 bet this I disagree with poster that says flat calling narrows our range cause 4 betting has to be QQ+ but flat call could be alot of small PP and other stuff mixed in.

as played I fold esp since its FR.
