You have to fry Jumbos in the deep fryer for 12 to 13 minutes, mix some Frank's Hot Sauce with a little butter, add the wings to a tub with a lid, shake away.

We have this place on campus that has delicious wings. They have the worse customer service out of any restaurant that I have ever seen, but the wings are so delicious that I am addicted and keep on going back.

I prefer hot and I like wings more than drumsticks. In my opinion, the more sophisticated and experience wing eater enjoys wings better than drumsticks. Also, I out of a batch of 15 wings or so, I may dip 1-2 wings in to the blue cheese, while saving the rest for the celery. In conclusion, wings are delicious.

If I were going to make boneless wings, I would debone thighs (you can sometimes find this in supermarkets prepackaged) and cut that up into strips for breading and frying before dressing. This way the meat is closer to wings than white meat.

But I prefer dark meat, anyway.

Boneless wings are just another processed piece of chicken to me.

[/ QUOTE ]
Boneless wings are not processed. It's just chopped chicken breast.

ugh, no to boneless if it's just chicken breast. dark meat is much better.

Damn, I miss the hangar. The boneless honey barbeque and honey mustard was just pure pornography.

Brag: I had boneless wings from the Hangar in Amherst last night, Golden BBQ and West Texas mesquite. The combination of quality chicken and the deliciousness and variety of flavors puts it over the top.

ps. their boned wings are pretty good too.

i think me and jc are gonna go to the one in brookline for lunch today. back when i was at umass the boneless were incredible, but for a while a few years back they changed the chicken, and boneless were horrible. during that period i got nothing but boned wings and they were incredible in their own right. then they changed the chicken back and boneless went back to being UNREAL GOOD. still, this thread makes me want to get boned today. (haha)
