Preflop is fine, just as postflop.

I like 4betting preflop a lot. You have buttons range crushed and are flipping at worst against the other one's range. But as played it's fine postflop.

Because he's a shortstacker who just minraised. This is an obvious 4-bet.

4-bet to $30, let button push, then 6-bet all in.

Yah given button's stack this is a nice place to shove pre to iso shortie and get some dead money in there yada yada.

As played preflop - your postflop play looks fine. Maybe checking back the turn is okay, since there's not a ton of bad cards on the end for you and you might get squeeze a little more value out of Jx if turn checks through and river is a baby.

Isnt the turn bet a little big for empty side pot?
No hand that you beat will call so large bet and you dont gain a lot if he folds. The way I see it is like you two are starting from scratch. I would bet 30-40 on turn as played.

Even better would be to minraise buttons all in on the flop (not sure if it is possible) to start a new side pot and get UTG+1 commited, if you feel like you have better hand than him.
