(1) Determine the pot odds.
(2) Identify a range of hands that BB would be shoving here.
(3) Use PokerStove or some other software to calculate the equity of ATs vs. that range.
(4) Call if the pot odds justify it.

If you do all of this, you should find that this is a really easy call against a typical opponent.
