Default NL600: Good double barrell spot?

Only been at the table a few orbits so no real reads. Villain is an unknown and is running like 18/7 over 25 hands. He could be donkish since he doesnt have a full stack but its hard to say at this point. My image should be TAG

He never has a big spade here right?

I don't feel I could say with any confidence he never has a big spade here. We just don't know enough about him yet. I think it would be hard to call much of a bet without one here, of course. So, in answer to your title question, I think it's a good spot for a double barrell, yeah.

I'd say this is good meaning I can't think of a single hand he ever has containing the As or Ks.

Why does he never have a big spade here?

I think this is very player dependent: he could limp with KJs and then call your raise hoping to get lucky. Then slowplaying the river. But I agree with CalledDownLight that it's rather unusual for him to have a big Spade: he would ve raised AK, AJ of spades I guess, he shouldn't limp/call with hands like KJ, KT, AT of spades. But how can villain know what we think he shouldn't do, right?
I still like the line...

obv he can have a big spade here, but what's more important is that not very much of your range here is weak enough that it needs to bluff and you will often have what you're representing here

I'd bet a bit less

The bet is a must I think and I like the size of the bet, because it folds some small spades, that would call smaller bets.

not if you triple the river as well. i think the bet size is too big, but it's tough to call these OOP regardless of your holding.
