2 turn folds - standard or weak?
Hand 1
Villain raises UTG, Hero 3-bets with AKo, all fold, Villain calls. Flop - Q64 rainbow, Villain donks, Hero calls. Turn - 6, Villain bets, Hero folds. While it's possible I still have the best hand, I just can't fathom that I do with villain donking into me with that Q out there. I felt I had at most 3 outs with Villain holding at least AQ or KQ. Raising the flop is also an option here correct? Having read Stox's book, I know he says that when you 3-bet preflop like here, you should see the vast majority of showdowns. Hand 2 Folded around to Hero in SB who raises with AdQc, BB calls. Flop - 9h 5h 2c, Hero bets, BB raises, Hero calls. Turn - 7h, Hero checks, BB bets, Hero folds. Standard, or should I call the turn and any non-heart river? I figure if I call the turn I'm basically committed to calling river regardless. BO |

Re: 2 turn folds - standard or weak?
1: ok vs some (reads?). Consider raising the flop.
2: Good vs most (reads?). |

Re: 2 turn folds - standard or weak?
I would calldown in hand 1. He's donking cheese or you'll suck out enough.
2 is ok |

Re: 2 turn folds - standard or weak?
Hand 1 I think is a calldown, and make a note what he donks.
Hand 2 is fine. |
