Bet 200, river is unlikely to have helped villain and he will possibly call with worse tens, eights or mid-pairs.

I think I would check behind on this hand, the check on the flop and min-bet and call on the turn suggests to me that he probably isnt folding to a river bet. He could very well have a five as a five probably would have played it like that although many people usually raise this river with a five, especially how the action went. A higher ten is a possibility but an AT probably would have raised pre-flop and KT is only one hand, and both of these hands may have re-raised the turn. I also dont think a jack would check the river either. This looks alot like an 8 or small pp, or a higher ten. I am on vacation so I cant do the math and dont know whether you are making enough money when you are ahead to compensate for the times you bet and are re-raised and forced to fold but I doubt you are ahead enough times to make this play positive Ev. Representing a five would be tough because most players at the lower levels would expect someone not to raise on such a non threatening turn.

I like the option to make it around 200.

I don't hate the idea of checking behind but that's probably because I'm overly nitty in a situation where I feel decent (not great) about being ahead. And when I do check behind and realize I might have missed some value yet again I tell myself to bet in such a situation next time.

Valuebet 200ish...he calls with a worse hand more than he has a better hand (there are very few he can have)...he almost never bluff raises/value raises worse so it's a trivial not-losing-anything fold to a raise
