Beat/Variance: I'm terrified of my own nipples

For as long as I can remember, I've been afraid of my own nipples.

I don't like to look at them. I don't like to think about them. And good Lord, I sure as hell don't like it when anybody or anything touches them. If my shirt slides across them funny, I shudder. When I take a shower, I cup my hands over them so the water doesn't hit them. Sometimes, if I'm not wearing a shirt, and I accidentally breathe air onto the little hairs around them, I flip out and make gargling noises for a few seconds until I stop feeling icky.

One time a girl tried to lick one as a joke, because she knew about all this. I basically punched her in the head and knocked her off the bed, just as a knee-jerk reaction.

Other people's nipples (i.e., girls') don't bother me. It's just my own.

Does anybody else have this same problem?

There are people who self amputate because they feel the body part isn't really a part of them or theirs..... maybe you should bite your nipples off.
