Summary:

Bush admin is going to have to push for legal changes to make it easier for EU service companies to do business in the US because of the WTO case that the US lost regarding access to online gambling market.

Losing jobs to foreign markets is a huge issue, hopefully this should get more groups on our side, not because they are in favor of online gambling but because they do not like losing jobs/giving access to foreign countries.
