I'd shove. Raising to 500 is fine also.

i'd shove too. He'll fold often and you'll be in a coinflip or better most of the times he calls.

Why shove ? He may have a real hand or more likely 2 overs. You have no neccesity so why race , fold and look for a better opportunity.
