I have a problem concerning this message i get every time: "There's an error with this transaction. Please enter a valid postal code in the billing address."
But there is a valid postal code in the billing address!
I can't complete my order now, i tried to order the books several times but i still get that message

I live in The Netherlands, i don't think that should be a problem. I've emailed Mike about it, now i have to wait...

[/ QUOTE ]
This problem is solved with the help of Mike days ago, and i got the books today. 5 days from the USA to The Netherlands, not that much :P

Thanks Mike!

As Akatosh stated his Priority mail shipment took 5 days so figure on that +/- a day. Express is supposed to be faster but I cant guarantee that.

If you go for Express Guaranteed I use Fed-Ex and you will have it in 1-3 days.

I ordered with the Express Guaranteed on Sunday, you send the books on Monday, fedex estimates that it will be delivered on Friday. So there isn't actually a lot of difference between the two options, except that the Express Guaranteed is more expensive. Next time I will order with International Priority mail.

But I like it that you shipped the package directly on monday, whereas amazon would take three weeks before they even could send the books.
