Default River bet size - 2 hands FT200

Working of the size of my valuebets. Both villians are pretty loose, and I think they can show up with a wide range of hands by the river. I want to bet as much as I can w/o making them fold too much of their range.

I should add that I have no specific history with either player

hand one, bet turn for suuuuuuuure, $44 on turn, $70 on river

hand two, i c-bet here, it might be bad but whatever.. did you have fold to c-bet or af? i'd bet $35-45
