2550 HU weird spot

I don't have the HH so bear with me.

2550 HU, we've been playing for about 30 min and I'm up about 2-3 buy-ins. Game has been playing very aggressive, one of most I've ever been in. 5k effective stacks.

Hero raises KQo, villain calls.

Flop is Kx 4s 5s

Villain leads 200, Hero raises to 700, Villain calls. Villain leads flop with a pretty big range, but hasn't done it a whole lot.

Turn 2x

Villain leads 900... Hero ??? This is the first turn lead he has done.

Can you say who villain is? I would shove vs most, I think he does this with worse Kx sometimes fwiw.
