Personally in this position I would advise just pushing PF.

The hand speaks for itself & plays it self.

Once you get a caller, it's all over anyways.....

I have a friend that always plays Q5 as well... creepy part is he was doing it long before he started reading 2+2.

As for this hand... if they are aggressive, I'd just slowplay it since they are drawing dead pf. If they are just loose and passive, go ahead and push pf.
