Blue/red doesn't account for cooler situations so it's not entirely straightforward. A cooler in this sense is a hand that you (or your opponent) put the money in behind while it was still a correct play. KK<AA all-in pre-flop is a prime example of this.

i'm also very confused by this program. all ev calcs are made against the exact hand villain has and not his range (which probably introduces some artifacts). honestly i don't find it very useful at all. maybe we should convince the author to give some solid theory on how the graphs should be interpreted.
the remark about the green line is interesting though.. if this has a downward slope, it might be that your running a bit cold (missing flops, getting outflopped and have to fold etc etc). or playing too weak? |
