Is that because the BB might put a squeeze on you? Would you fold even if he had 100BB and you were in the BB with no one left to act before the flop if you call the 3.5bb raise?

Or is it just because you wouln't expect to get paid off enough if you flop a set OOP since CO could have any number of weak hands when he raises form CO, and typically if you flop a set, you won't get action unless you are behind; meanwhile, you'll more often miss a set and have to c/f to any cb?

FWIW, I voted call since I thought the shorty might 2-barrel into me if I flop a set and get himself all-in on the turn. He's got just enough to pay off if I think he'll get his stack in when I hit (either with bluffs or 1-pair type hands). But BB still to act made me worried since a big raise from him would be a good play and I'd have to fold.

if he has 20bb its def a fold. with 40, it leans a little closer to call, but folding still seems to be just fine with me.

Fold vs an unknown, there's a slim chance I call if I had a particular read, but its still unlikely

I like to 3bet about 25% and call the rest. We aren't just playing our hand for set value and can c/r decent boards as a bluff etc
