The hurryup/offsides thing is a bug...just have to be careful about holding Z after the play. Inside of 2 minutes of halftime or the end of the game the bug goes away. weird...

Other than that, i'd say the game is pretty fun online so far...

hey
whenever you are selecting you're play can you put it where the person you are playing against cant see which play you're selecting (i mean when you're not playing online)

Hold down "a" on the play you want, then you can move the cursor all over the place and even switch formations, but the original play will be selected.

Just getting around to playing a little bit in franchise. Reggie Bush is fumblor and Randy Moss can't catch a thing. Also the new make everything blurry [censored] on 3rd down is really annoying. I'm guess this only happens with young quarterbacks(Vince Young in my case), but still very frustrating.

Fumbles: stop using special movies so much, z covers up the ball.

Blurriness: don't skip the game cam

I just won a game where I was trailing by 9 with 0:12 left on the 28 yd line!

I complete a 28 yd TD pass that took 5 seconds off, kicked PAT, recovered an onside kick (no time expired). Then with 0:07 left on my own 41 I complete a 27 yd. corner route and step out of bounds with 0:02 left. I then kick a 49 yd FG as time expires to win by 1. Sickest finish ever!

Fumbling is still out of control in Madden '08. It
really bothers the [censored] out of me and makes the game
about as half as enjoyable as it should be. I'm
beginning to learn to press the RB (protect ball)
button right before contact every time I carry the
ball. I also have had to adjust to using the truck
stick less and stiff-arming less. Unfortunately, this
is the way Madden '08 has to be played.

I played a game last night where I turned the
ball over 9 times in one game (the last 3 were desperation heaves while down by a lot that I deserved)! I fumbled the ball for a loss of possession on 3 consecutive touches with 3 different players!

I remember 06 was just as fumbly as 08.

#1-RB's and WR's need to cover up if possible.
#2-IF YOU PICK UP THE BALL ON D, GET DOWN! (I turned 3 good INTs into fumbles in a game.)

Disagree! I'm using this entirely to brag:

Madden '05 or so, Super Bowl after 2 absolutely crazy, down to the wire playoff games. I'm up the whole game against the Bucs (I'm KC), then with 12 seconds remaining they drive like crazy to take the lead by 4. I'm kicking myself because the whole season and especially the playoffs has been a constant struggle, and now this [censored]. Then I return their kickoff for a TD. I've literally never been happier due to a video game in my life.
