Damn they didn't have Zyzzyx Road on amazon. It would probably do somewhat well if they released it on DVD.

I saw Zzyzxx on DVD via netflix a couple of months ago. I dug it.

Matrix 2 and 3 were no where near as good as the first.

I'm not sure I even heard of Zyzzyx Road.
They must have spent an awful lot on it and then practically completely buried it.

[/ QUOTE ]

I have never heard of that as a movie and I would definitely gone to see it because I have made fun of that road many times.

I submit Highlander 2.

It ruined the first movie even before the opening credits even ran .. they were ALIENS? WTF? And then a laser gun fight where you could see the guys jumping off of kick plates to launch them into the air. Who could forget Michael Ironside in the subway ... who knew that the subway could go ludicrous speed if you just kept turning that handle?

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy was a huge disappointment for me. When Adams died, I lowered my expectations greatly, but it even was worse than I thought it would be. Not horrible, but definitely not what it could have been. It seems a sequel will never see the light of day either and that makes me even more disappointed.
