Default Cake Poker - General Opinion

My gfs account there was recently 'locked' with no email to explain, after she emailed they replied saying they require a ID and bank statement scans. I'm all in favour of requiring documents but the way they did this has to be the worst way possible. Randomly lock the account, don't email a reason, don't contact the player, when they contact you tell them you require documents. Rather than the better method of asking for these documents when trying to cash out, leave the cash out pending and let the player have access to their account.

Searching the forums it seems there's been a few issues in the past too, extremely rude support, deposit not showing in account but showing on credit card bill and buggy software. Anyone else had anymore recent problems or been asked for ID in that manner?

Just the usual software problems here.

Cake CSupport seems to be willing and enabled to go toe-to-toe with customers with attitude. I like that.

And fast!
My e-mails to them are usually answered within minutes.

has to more to the story then a random locking of your "gfs" account.
iv had a small ammount of money there (less then 1k) and take out 200 here and there now and then; its not really even in my top 3 sites... but i have never had problem and cs is very quick with responses.

maybe they think your gf doesnt exist and its you =P
