I want to see how people would play this situation, i reraised kinda big here which is shutting the villain down, but i didn't want to just call and give him the chance to see a flop with his min-raise and maybe hit a A or K on the flop... looking back i figured reraising here, only better hands are going to play with us. thoughts?

I usually would just put it all in here rather than raising to 1440, he might decide to do a donk'n'go on you and we'd be forced to call being pot committed...but it's easier to just let your villain know that he has no FE and no chance of gaining any.

I have no problem with punishing a min-raisers, you'll train him to act right which will pay off in future hands.

MinRaise from the button looks super weak but I am never calling to give a naked A or K a free look at a flop, tax him here and take control. Depending on the player and your image he may see your raise as a resteal light and play a medium pair. I think you have to RR here to see if he makes the mistake of putting money in with an inferior or speculative hand.

Looks fine. If villain has been stealing alot, I'll go for the call pf, and the check raise all in on any flop.

Get it in pf.
YouŽll get called by some very weak hands here.
