Also, in the first hand you post. You called down with Second pair No kicker.

H1 - I don't much like this from CO unless BU and blinds are tight. As played, fold river.

H2 - c/c turn.

H3 - c/c flop.

You look ok stats wise. I think you might have changed your play a bit when moving up. Sometimes you become a little too weak tight when moving up. Play your same game, and if you're a bit nervous with so much money on the table, then play tighter, but still aggro. Also, you are basically break even at 200nl. That's really not so bad.

And ABC is good against most players. Against villains of VPIP > 35, just play tighter and dump marginal winning hands - particularly when oop to a LAG. Moving tables (or seats) is a good solution too.

Your win rate is directly in proportion to the % of donks.

50NL > 100NL > 200NL.

My best guess would be that you are an ABC TAG. You play solid poker and beat the game by taking money from Donks.

However, you most likely are very easy to put on a hand and then push you off that hand. A good player will not pay you off when you hit and is going to make you easily fold when you miss.

Improve post flop play.

Focus on the other player, not your hand.
Put the other guy on a hand every pot and act accordingly.
Play Poker like a human not a robot.
Try to get a better understanding of the game of poker in general, not just holdem, most of a conceptual understanding of how money is won at this game.

When is the last time you took a pot away from someone? When is the last time you rep'ed the flush or the Ace on the flop??

i agree. i started winning more than 1.5-2ptbb/100 at 1/2 when i started trying harder to play position and play my opponents' hands rather than just playing my cards, raising good hands and folding to aggression.

Really?

I am in a similair situation, I have just reached over 200K hands at NL100 and I am sitting at 2.68 PTBB/100

I 12 table. I was really frustrated with my winrate. Our winrates are not that far off but I 12 table.

I was under the impression that in 6 max a good player should be hitting 5PTBB/100 or higher, or is that figure for someone who just plays a few tables? Or are those days in the past?

I keep looking at my winrate and think yuck.

Whats a good winrate for someone who 8-12 tables these days at NL100?

How about someone who plays 1-3 tables?

Hand 1 min raise the turn.
Hand 2 check the turn.

as for your stats:
1. 20/16 is rather tight (preference I guess)
2. Your attp to steal is low
3. Your w$wsf is low so you're not using position to win pots.
4. Your turn and river aggression are both way too low compared to your flop aggro.

Learn to play other streets aside from the flop.

Edit: If you think your problem is tilt then it doesn't matter what adjustments you make, fix that first.
