RJ nominates Nick Cage, citing "Lord of War" as his good performance.

Leaving Las Vegas. Adaptation.

The Rock kicked ass too.

Whoever said Eddie Murphy should be punched in the face.

[/ QUOTE ]

Meh, I stand by it.

He's got like 4 good performances :

Beverly Hills Cop 1 & 2
Coming to America
Trading Places

And about 30 that are just awful :

Beverly Hills Cop 3
Norbit
Klumps
Nutty Professor
Bowfinger
Pluto Nash
Daddy Day Care

I MEAN PLUTO NASH , COME ON !

I like Eddie which is why it's so sad. Anyway I don't think he's a winner cuz he does have those 4 goods ones to pull up his average.

Anyway, I officially retract the Eddie Murphy nomination cuz he's not gonna win and we dont need to debate it.

cbloom- you suck at this game. Boomerang? Also, Nutty Professor was good. (Still shaking my head at Gary Oldman- Murder in the First! JFK!)

Eddie Murphy has gotta be way up there now.

[/ QUOTE ]

cbloom, please

Trading Places, 48 hours, Beverly Hills Cop, Coming to America, Nutty Professor, Dream Girls

Maybe not all 10s, but more than enough to counter the Pluto Nashes

Maybe not a winner, but someone has to mention Christopher Lambert, the epitome of movie one hit wonders.

And don't try coming back with Mortal Kombat, that is enjoyable only from a cheese factor, and I want to laugh every time Lambert speaks.

Christopher Reeve:

Superman (yes there were 4 of them, but it was the same role/character).....then zilch.

I liked Death Trap.

[/ QUOTE ]

Also, Noises Off, Remains of the Day, Somewhere in Time. He made a lot of chick flicks but he was good in all of them.

Some really awful responses in this thread. Jim Carrey???
