utg is pretty solid..he plays pretty well postflop and is a good hand reader. my only real criticism is that he doesn't raise some hands preflop that he should be raising

mp is a huge loose passive fish

button is very straightforward

utg limps, limper limps, mp limps in, i limp 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] in the hj, button calls, sb completes, bb checks.

flop is 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
checked to me, i bet, button calls, sb calls, bb folds, utg calls, limper calls, mp calls. (6.5bb)

turn is K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
utg bets out, limper folds, mp calls, i raise, button calls and tells his neighbor he needs a spade (not an act), sb folds, utg thinks for a little bit and calls, mp calls. (14.5bb)

river is 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
utg checks, mp checks, fire away or give up?

Looks like UTG has a King and hit on the turn but got afraid on the river. I don't see much going for you now you've been counterfeited. I check here.

it really really looks like utg has a king and since he's a solid player AND a good hand reader, this river is an excellent card to bluff at

if we could get him to lay it down only a small percentage of the time it would be a good move, I think it's close

to those of you saying utg could have a king. what king could he have? the only king that would make sense is a king with a flush draw (he's a good player, so i doubt he's peeling that flop w/ kq or whatever), but you figure he would put in some more action with a flush draw + overcards on that flop. the only hand that really makes sense here, IMO, is jts. he's not donking the turn into two people with a 9 or a 7. check behind.
