Fold the turn. Villian has to be scared of the board just as much as you are. He's not bluffing here, he's value betting.

At the lower levels the flop call and turn checkraise makes me think that the villain has a good hand most of the time. I would just lay this down on the turn.

I think he has pocket 6's here, or a 3. especially if you say he is a calling station. he wouldnt feel pot committed enough to make a shove with so little in.
